A very warm welcome to Sue Harman Counselling & Hypnotherapy, serving Stockport, South Manchester, Cheshire and the surrounding areas.

Counselling & hypnotherapy are offered in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental way, using a variety of  techniques to tailor the therapy to the person.  We are all different and it is through the therapeutic relationship between counsellor and client that real change can take place.

Who does counselling benefit?  It benefits us all at some point in our life when we feel overwhelmed or out of control and our behaviours change.  We can be experiencing anxiety, relationship problems, stress in the home and at work, depression, anger, trauma, lack of self worth or perhaps some kind of loss.   Loss can include not only bereavement but a loss through divorce, redundancy or a way of life to name but a few.

Modern life can be very hard on us and we sometimes need that time to see where it would be truly beneficial to change direction, change our thoughts, change our lifestyle – give ourselves space and time to talk situations and feelings through.  We may need to build skills to last such as relaxation, positive thought patterns, good self care and how to achieve better relationships or even to deal with a particular issue that has recently arisen or always been there.

If you would like to talk to Sue about counselling or hypnotherapy, then please do get in touch.  Sue is a fully qualified and registered with the BACP and GHR, giving you peace of mind that you are dealing with a professional counsellor and hypnotherapist.  If you would like to know more about the BACP then please contact www.bacp.co.uk
