One to one counselling is £45.00 for an hour.
Mindfulness practise is £45.00 for an hour, although this can easily be combined within a counselling session.
Hypnotherapy has an introductory meeting at £45.00 followed by up to 4 sessions at £60.00 for 1.5 hours.
Home visits can be organised by prior arrangment and will cost a bit more due to the travel/time expenses incurred.
